
Shreya Shrivastava
Shreya is a seasoned legal and policy expert working at the intersection of law, public health and climate change. At Nurtgraph LLP, she leads the firm’s portfolio on Indian and Global Health Law, Climate and Health, bringing deep expertise in legal research, legislative drafting, and rights-based policy change.
Shreya holds a specialized LL.M. in National and Global Health Law from Georgetown University, United States. Her work spans multiple domains in low and middle income countries including—legal and policy landscaping, system-level assessments of health systems, capacity assessments of civil society organizations and developing strategies for health systems strengthening.
Her experience includes developing regulatory frameworks in India and supporting multisectoral partnerships to advance health equity and legal accountability.With a strong background in both domestic and international legal frameworks, Shreya brings a pragmatic, justice-oriented lens to advising governments, international organizations, and CSOs. She has previously worked at the Global Health Advocacy Incubator and O’Neill Institute for National and Global Health Law in the United States and Vidhi Centre for Legal Policy in India. Her collaborators include multilateral organizations such as WHO SEARO, UN Women Chile and Special Olympics International.
